ZERO K

On October 12, Weird But Good and Wicked River will host our first Zero K, a community event for non-runners.

What is a “community event for non-runners”?

The Zero K looks like a race, but there’s no race. Running is hard, so we’ve cut right to the fun part: the post-race celebration. Have a beer with your friends. Take a photo on the awards stand. Sign a few autographs. Whatever. You deserve this.

FAQ

So there’s zero running?

Correct. Not even a little running.

Okay. What do I do when I get there?

Enjoy a beer or two. Hang out with friends, family, and other race participants. Do the stuff you’d do if you just finished a 5K.

Can I bring my friends and family?

Absolutely.

What cause does this event support?

Any proceeds will go directly to future Weird But Good projects. We want to host more community events like this one.

So you’re not a 501(c)(3)?

Nope. The domain suffix (.org) started as a joke and we’re running with it. Well, not running. We’re standing around with it.

How can I learn more about future WBG projects?
